FAQ
Which format do I need? +
Germany: ZUGFeRD or XRechnung. France: Factur-X. Belgium and most of Northern Europe: Peppol BIS. Dutch public sector: NLCIUS. All of them share the European standard EN 16931.
Is a regular PDF still an e-invoice? +
No. An e-invoice carries structured data. This tool turns a PDF into a valid e-invoice.
How reliable is AI reading? +
Very good, but not infallible. We recalculate every amount, flag inconsistencies and you see all data before downloading.
Are my invoices stored? +
No. Files are processed in memory and discarded. For AI reading, the file is sent to Anthropic (not used for training).
