Uploaded invoices
Uploaded files are processed in memory only to convert or validate them and are discarded afterwards. In bulk conversion, result files stay downloadable in memory for up to two hours and are then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
AI reading
If a file contains no structured e-invoice data, it can be read with AI at your explicit request. The file is then sent to Anthropic PBC, USA (processor; transfer under the EU standard contractual clauses). Anthropic does not use this data to train models.
Accounts
For an account we store your email address, optionally your name and company, a hash of your password (scrypt), your company details (if provided) and a history of file names, formats, invoice numbers and totals of your conversions – not the invoices themselves. You can delete the history and the whole account yourself at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: a session cookie for logged-in users (30 days) and a cookie with your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Hosting
The service runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Access logs contain no IP addresses.
Usage counters
For the free daily quota we keep a daily counter per irreversible hash of your IP address, or per account.
Emails
We only send emails to confirm your address and to reset your password.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
